2. Using a reliable sources such as OMB-Circular A-11 (see http://www.whitehouse.gov/omb/circulars_a11_current_year_a11_toc/), describe the difference between “federal funds” and “trust funds.”

3. Find at least examples of trust funds that are administered by the federal government, which provide funding to state and local governments. Using sources such as the federal agencies’ official website, provide a brief write up on the agency that includes a description or justification for the agencies’ administration of these funds. There are no right or wrong answers but you must provide evidence supporting your summary.
