  “Building Resiliency: Alternatives to Gangs,” a town hall-style meeting, included a panel discussion on youth gangs. Panelists discussed youth gang prevention, intervention, suppression, and re-entry strategies. They also talked about proven community-wide approaches to youth gang reduction efforts.
