Description:  The video addresses how environmental influences shape our morals and ultimately our behavior. Based on social psychology theories, the video explains how complex the decision making process actually is and how easily it can be manipulated. After watching the video students should be able to explain how environment can influence managerial roles.

Description:  The video from Kreative Leadership presents a different perspective of leadership by highlighting the behaviors of children. Children are not exempt from leadership and this video shows how we may learn a lot from little humans.

Description:  This free personality test is based on Carl Jung’s and Isabel Briggs Myers’ personality type theory. Students should complete the free assessment and utilize the results to explain their leadership style based on personality type. This can be used to support Activity 1.2.
