They hoped to shelter their children from these harsh realities, but Blanca’s daughter Connie reveals how much children can really see of their parents’ lives—and the inspiration they draw from their parents’ struggles.

Video 2: Immigration: On the Border

Description: Promo for the series dealing with issues on immigration from both sides of the fence: the treacherous conditions migrants face while trying to cross into the United States; danger for the children of immigrants who are left behind; and the vigilante Americans who patrol the border.
