You have recently diagnosed one of your patients with anorexia nervosa.  You are considering additional diagnoses as being co-morbid to anorexia.  It is not uncommon for individuals with eating disorders as having depressive symptoms and depressive disorders in addition other health concerns.  Describe how you will incorporate treatment for depressive disorders in your treatment plan.  Likewise, as there is great risk of death for an individual diagnosed with anorexia nervosa, how will you ensure health and safety for your patient given these medical risks?
