  • Read the article for an in-depth understanding of the link between neurological functioning and therapeutic use of mindfulness techniques.
  • How is the relationship between emotions and cognition conceptualized in the article?
  • Write a paragraph or give a brief report to your group or class about mindfulness as a therapeutic technique and the theory of its effectiveness.

3. Guidelines for Crisis Intervention With Survivors of Domestic Violence

This is the Jean Baker Miller Training Institute website. She is the principal founder of Cultural-Relational Therapy (CRT), which is based on feminist theory about self-in-relationships.
