2. To identify and explain the contemporary U.S. policies to the Global South, including multilateral and bilateral foreign aid.
3. To detect and assess the impact of the key values and interests that shape U.S. policies to the Global South.
4. To identify and assess the alternative policy options involving democracy promotion, humanitarian aid, and development aid to the Global South.
