The Society for Neuroscience (SfN) is the world’s largest organization for understanding the brain and the nervous system. The purpose of SfN is to advance scientific exchange, support the neuroscience community, educate and engage the public, and advocate for the field.

The International Neuropsychological Society: The International Neuropsychological Society (INS) was founded in 1967 as a scientific and educational organization dedicated to enhancing communication among the scientific disciplines which contribute to the understanding of brain–behavior relationships. The mission of the International Neuropsychological Society is to promote the international and interdisciplinary study of brain–behavioral relationships throughout the life span. The Society’s emphasis is on science, education, and the applications of scientific knowledge.

Cognitive Neuroscience Society: The Cognitive Neuroscience Society (CNS) is committed to the development of mind and brain research aimed at investigating the psychological, computational, and neuroscientific bases of cognition.

International Neuropsychoanalysis Centre: This association is a global network of not-for-profit entities that wish to support discussions in the fields of neuroscience and psychoanalysis.

Dana Alliance for Brain Initiatives: This organization is a private philanthropic organization dedicated to advancing understanding about the brain. The website includes many resources about neuroscience, research, and funding and grants.
