    Various stress tests are available to assess the potential for stress to affect your health and wellbeing. You can take a test for Type A personality, which research indicates contributes to heart attacks; or a modification of the historically significant Holmes and Rahe Scale, designed to assess health risk from recent stressful events (positive as well as negative).
