Moot Court Simulation
This moot court simulation allows students to play the roles of counsel or Chief or Associate justice of the Supreme Court. Justices will participate in oral arguments and prepare an opinon. Counselors will prepare case briefs and participate in oral arguments. There are two hypothetical cases to choose from (one suited for users of Rights, Liberties, and Justice and one suited for users of Institutional Powers and Constraints.)
